Questionable appointment of Manager

We were advised during the past week on the appointment of the new Manager at the BBraun CapeGate Renal Unit.<br> This appointment is an insult to the previous Manager, Stephanie Viljoen i.t.o her managerial, knowledge &amp; skills. <br> The new appointed person does NOT possess any management, insufficient knowledge &amp; lacks skills to provide a meaningful service to the patients.<br> This individual has on previous occasions mentioned that \she is still learning\" !! <br> The next question needs to be asked whether this position was advertised to afford employees within the BBraun Division, countrywide to apply. <br> If there is no proof of an adverti*****t that was circulated, this issue will be raised with the CCMA. <br> It appears that the local division of BBraun Dialysis Unit stumbles from error to error &amp
