Poor service, Poor quality work

Contractor was appointed to waterproof and paint roof. Roof had no leaks prior. This was suppose to be maintenance. After contractor worked on roof I am sitting with a roof that is rusting, leaking to the extend that I need to replace it. Contractor is blaming paint supplier and does not take responsibility .
