Horrible Experience with Fencing Contractor

I would like to warn potential customers of the very unpleasant experience we recently had when contracting Bjorn Africa of B and A Fencing Solutions to do some fencing at our house. He starts out very professional when he came to quote and answered all questions and queries without delay, he was confident and seemed a genuine person... until you pay your deposit. A job that we were promised would take 2 weeks from date of order and would require 2 days on site, turned into more than 9 weeks and at least 9 or 10 days on site, very inconvenient when you have to keep taking time off work to be there. Once the deposit was paid there was absolutely no communication from Bjorn, we were constantly having to follow up and he took ages to come back with answers, sometimes even days. We had to watch every step of the installation because the installers would cut corners wherever they could, painting on site instead of supplying powder coated products etc. All the above taken into account, after an incredibly frustrating, trying installation the worst part was when they finally finished, some snags still not attended to but we gave up. He finished at about 17:00 on the Wednesday afternoon, at 6:50am on Thursday morning the first demand for the balance of payment was made, all of a sudden he found his ability to communicate, he threatened and harassed us the entire day on Thursday for his payment, this after such poor service. It was so bad that my partner actually said, what are we going to do if he's at our house when we get home, we genuinely felt threatened by him. Truly a horrible experience and I definately would not contract him again.
