EXTREME POOR SERVICE

I requested BA waterproofing to give me a quote, to move a downpipe and waterproof my sky roof. They quoted me R1800 for the job. The owner of the company then came (after I accepted the quote) and advised that the sky roof would have to be lifted. They advised that it is 'a small job' that would only take a couple of hours, but after receiving the quote it amounted to R8500. <br> <br> I rejected the quote and advised them that they should only remove the downpipe and I would get someone else to come do the waterproofing. They advised me about 3 times that they are coming out, but never arrived, without having the decency to advise me that they are not coming. <br> <br> They finally moved the downpipes but the company that did the waterproofing advised me that they positioned the downpipes too high (about 20cm ABOVE the roof!). I phoned them and requested that they come and move the downpipes, but the owner of the company (Brenda) is extremely argumentative and she put the phone down on me. She refuses to admit they made a mistake, even though she did not even come to assess the position of the downpipes. This woman has a shockingly bad attitude and even threatened so sue me if I report her.
