Non-reputable & ********* Company for Construction

I would like to express my disappointment in using the services of B 2 A Maintenance & Renovations. On 28 October 2019 I used the services of B 2 A Maintenance & Renovations to sort out a roof leak at my property. After assessment of the affected area, we agreed on a price for the repairs. to confirm his guarantee of the services, the company owner said he would test the repairs with applying high pressure water to the roof once he completed the repairs.

The repairs were done and tested and I paid the company the agreed amount. That same evening and night, there was also a heavy rainfall and in the next morning we noticed that the leak was still present and worse the ceiling had collapsed. After getting in touch with the company, the owner arrived later & in my opinion could not offer a valid reason why his guarantee failed.

Disappointed and frustrated, I opted to use the service of another company but B 2 A Maintenance & Renovation mutually agreed to compensate me partially for the failed guarantee. To this day (11 Nov 2019), he keeps mentioning that he would compensate me "today" but never does. I have therefore drawn the conclusion that this company is not reputable and advise people to try other companies in order to avoid disappointment & being ******.
