After a year of excellent service, this company let the pool go to pot in a month leading up to the termination of the contract. Leaf stains on the bottom indicate that the pool was not attended to for at least a month over December January. Steve then billed me for the last month (Feb), and SAW the state of the pool, he was quite happy to leave me with the mess. Nice!
