Poor quality product/ZERO communication

Shocking service from the time I placed my order. Heard nothing from them for almost 2 weeks regarding my order. Emailed them numerous times but no one ever bothered to respond. Ended up asking them to cancel my order - a couple of days later I get an emailed stating that my order has been shipped! Rep**** stating that they must cancel - still no response! Received the deliver about a week later - have a look at the pinafore and it's missing a press stud!! This just sums up their entire 2 bit organisation. I'm now trying to return the item for a refund.... but of course I'm getting nowhere!!! Will never buy anything from them again and will never recommend to anyone in my industry. Useless!!
