Written Quotation not honoured

I ordered a Thomas Sabo Bracelet for my husband from Azuara Jewellers for he's birthday on Monday. They sent me a quotation of R3580. They contacted me on Friday morning to say that the bracelet is there but there's been a mistake with the price. The price is actually R5364. It's an extra R1784 that I have to pay in as the Rep Jackie from Tigger Brands made a mistake with the price. NOT MY PROBLEM. They have to honour their quotation. I told Kabelo from Azuara jewellers that I want the managers name she refused to give it to me. Jackie phoned to apologised and said she can't force me to pay it. REALLY?? You right you can't and I'm not going to but you need to honour your quotation. Jackie said she can't. Totally unacceptable! You have to honour your quotation!!!
