Worst service ever

I am a Hollard Insurace policy holder which is underwritten by Absa... So yesterday I had a problem with my car on the N3 highway on my way back from Pretoria to Katlehong. As I would usually do when I have a break down with my car and need road side assistance I phoned my insurance company who put me through to Europe assistance to help with towing my car... I set on the side of the highway for over an hour for them to eventually tell me that they will not be able to assist me unless I pay R320 upfront for the extra kilometers. Because I was stranded & desperately needed their assistance I suggested that can they please tow me for the maximum kilometers that they can offer me without paying any extra charges cause I really didn’t have money. Instead their team leader (Tshidi) who kept on putting me on hold many times insisted that they can help me tow my car to the nearest service station & leave it over night there only to come back and collect it the following day... I mean where the hell was I supposed to sleep for that whole night... I begged and pleaded with them to tow me for 20 km atleast cause they said I’m covered for 40 km for an over round trip then I will make arrangements for some one else to help me from there to home instead nothing happened. I mean I pay almost a thousand rand every month for my car insurance which I’ve had for the past 5years for absolutely *******.
