Why Europ Assistance Insurance is failing you!

Europa Assistance is not paying the very people who render services to them so that they can be a big insurance compaany they are.

During the recent rugby worldcup one of their clients, paying them insurance or her house in Mount Frere, Transkei. The client was getting electrical shocks on every electrical applience in her house, so she called her insurance, Europ Assistance. Europ Assistance Electrical Contractor did not pitch so hey called my company to assist them with the fault.

As a qualified and registered electrical contractor, we helped their client in about 4 hours, and travelled more than 200 kilometers.

Europ Assistance SA is ducking and diving to pay for the services that Black Rage Electrical gave them. The REF for the Incident is: 23-***-H-O1

If you have a car insurued with them... I hope they pay their mechanics or you might wait for ever for assistance!
