We confirm that we have investigated your concerns and find same without merit. We have liaised with all the relevant parties and wish to confirm that you instructed your own attorney to assist you with a matter. EA did not provide a confirmation of cover in terms of your policy. The new Administrator processed your claim and unfortunately repudiated same. Based on this neither the administrators nor the insurer is liable to cover your claim or to pay your attorney’s fees. Kindly refer the matter to the Ombudsman should require further relief.

That is a BULL**** STORY,if ever I heard one. The attorney was instructed by Yaseera Khan of Europassistance.I think you use this excuse to commit *****.
I instructed the attorney to appear for my bail after Europassistance failed to assist with a competant attorney,You referred me to ``attorneys'' that barely had potty training.
