Very rude service. Will do everything possible so they don't have to pay for your doctor's bill

<p>They did everything possible so they don't have to pay and denied the claim which was fair. Stay away from this Agency. Go with another agency if you have to travel such as ADAC. They don't harrass you day and night as Europe assistance did. They were extremely rude on the phone and even called me after 2200 hours for information they could have gotten the next day. We did not get reimbursed and even the doctor who treated my son felt that this was inappropriate. </p>
