They do not care at all about their customers. Only in it for the money.

Still no meaningful response from Europ Assistance, after being left stranded cold and alone for an hour on Monday night when their drivers failed to collect me as promised.

MON 11:35PM
Obviously too busy drinking and having fun to help paying customers with services they have already been paid to provide. Call reference LQ-YAAW-01. Lift home booked for 21h00 tonight. No communication from your call centre. I had to call in twice to eventually get a lift home at 22h00. I am not at all happy about this. An hour of my time wasted tonight, at R600 per hour, plus 30 minutes spent on the phone, plus lost productivity tomorrow from arriving home an hour later than I had expected. Really, is this the best you can do? If so, you should not be in business. I will probably be using Uber from now on, and will be telling the world that they should be doing the same.

TUE 4:33AM
Christelle Colman accepted your request.I am truly sorry to see you message. We will look into this service failure first thing and revert. My most sincere apologies. Christelle.

FRIDAY 12:30PM
Hello again. So far this week, I've had your people confirm that they would pick me up at 9pm on Monday night. It didn't happen. Then your Kay Ferreira promised to get back to me by close of business on Tuesday with an explanation as to why this didn't happen. That didn't happen either. I also had your Anton du Preez send me a form to complete, to facilitate some kind of payment. The payment didn't happen either. I really am struggling to comprehend how your organization functions, Christelle. Perhaps you could enlighten me?
