Terrible Emergency Assistance Provided By Jaguar and Europ assist
The service recieved has been awful, over an hour wait to have my vehicle towed. Once towed finally, the courtesy vehicle offered was not available delaying me and my holiday trip even further. This is unacceptable. Jaguar and Europ assist need to fix this as i cannot believe the level of terrible service provided.
