Still very disapointed

My previous complaints regarding the repair of a dishwasher (started on 9 January) refer. After more than 2 months the dishwasher is not repaired and no follow-up from Europ Assistance on this matter has bee done. When phoning their offices you get the standard answer, \We will investigate and phone you back later today"which translates to \""Go to hell"
