Service Provider Nightmare

As a service provider to Europ Assistance, I would like to state that their payments department is an absolute disappointment. We are now 35 days post invoice submission. I've sent countless emails asking about the payment till this day I have not received any response from them. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they brush people off who you owe money too. It is absolutely ********* and extremely bad business ethics.
