replacement car
I rented a car from Avis in school airport and drove to Brugges where the car broke down and I called europe car. They told that due tu the weekend they could not find a replacement car, instead they offered to pay 150 Euro total. I paid 223 Euro to turn back to Schipol. They have paid neither 150 nor 223 up to now. They do not even reply my emails.

This complaint was posted against Europ Assistance SA incorrectly. Your complaint should be directed to the Avis Branch where you hired your vehicle from.

08 May 2016, 19:48The compliant is absolutely against Europe Assistance. They have opened a file about me. They find the file number with me to follow the solution with. The file number was told me as ***1. Europe Assistance requested me IBAN number to send the money back. I sent the IBAN number as well. It has passed almost one month. No action has been taken so far, neither by avis nor by Europe Assistance.
Avis and Europe both agreed that the case would be solved by Europ Assistance.
