Quick to sign you up but won't pay you out unless you hassle them
I submitted a claim for a loss incurred on an overseas trip. After a month I called to find out if they had received it.. "yes, hasn't someone called you? They will today" A month later still nothing and I've been on hold for 20 minutes...no joy..
