Putrid customer service
These guys are disrespectful and unreliable.<br> I had a case HD-MUM03-01 logged and requested feedback in the form of an incident report.<br> Emmarentia Magalhaes on 2016/01/21 said via email she made a request to the Service Provider manager team.<br> On 2016/02/08 still nothing received and I spoke with Marthinus who said he would email the report by 12 noon the next day.<br> 2016/02/15 still nothing and I just cannot get of Marthinus or Emmarentia and everyone gives me the run-around.<br> No-one seems to care about the customer or my requirements and the call-centre agents sound like you bothering them when you call in.
