Poor Workmanship

<p>A technician was dispatched to repair my washing machine, but the repairs were not done.</p> <p>Which resulted without the machine been switced on overflowed with water and damaging my kitchen cupboards.</p> <p>I contacted Europeassistance ,only the following day the same Tech came and repaired the machine.</p> <p>Which should have been done correctly the 1st time.</p> <p>I requested Europeassist to fixed the damaged capboards, which they refused based on pre existing damage which i have no idea from where....</p> <p>I tried but to no avail contacting the complaints Manager(Jennifer Barnard), I sent emails & messagers todate i havent heard from Europeassist. </p>
