Poor Customer Service

I cannot believe that companies like Old Mutual sell policies and then allow companies like Europ Assistance to manage these policies and the claims related to them. I have never dealt with such *********** people, Europ Assistance customer service is virtually non-existent! They never return phone calls, don't keep their word, tell untruths, don't respond to emails... it is shocking!
