Non payment of service providers

My business is a service provider for EA. For two months now we wait to get paid by them. We contacted them numerous times by email and phone. We tried everything we could think of to get paid for the services that we've provided. All our customers gave us excellent ratings. Last week EA promised that we will be paid by the weekend, and yet again, it was an empty promise. It is month-end. Europ Assistance owns my company more than R30 000. As a small businesses that is still young and growing, we cannot stay afloat in circumstances like this. I am forced to carry the expenses of a big company while I am unable to pay my own expenses and wages for my workers.
