No service

I reported my faulty fridge which is covered by a B AND B policy,administered by Europ Assistance.A repairer Kurt [K AND R APPLIANCES] appointed by Europ Assistance came to see me promising to come back the next day to do repairs.He didnt arrive.Phoned Europ Assistance to complain about their service provider.They promised to call me back but also didnt.Typical of service in SA,ITS NON EXISTENT and this from a service company Europ Assistance.
