No response to emails or calls
I have tried to get hold of someone from Europ Assistance for the past few weeks without success. I have been trying to inquire about your Drive me Home service on behalf of a friend and we both are getting ignored. Very unprofessional behaviour. Can someone respond to our emails or calls?
