no communication and no after service

Mechanical / electrical 21-***-R-01 we please need to invoice this got otherization. Family run 21-***-R-02 we please need to invoice this got otherization. I got the otherization number now for the payment to be done but no luck , no one to assist in the matter keep on phoning and being transferred to a lot of people without any luck. Europ Assist phoned JBE Towing and Recovery to help with a clients mechanical breakdown and family run. we only require payment for the kilometers traveled that all. this was already done on the 25 April 2021 and still no luck in getting your payment . how will this matter get solved?
