If I could give negative starts I would! I am furious with the blatant disregard and lack of response from Europ Assistance. I have a severe toothache and urgently need to know if my dental procedure is covered. Despite multiple emails, I have received no reply. It's been OVER 2 WEEKS NOW!

This company is a ****. They take your money but disappear when you actually need help. Their disgraceful lack of communication has not only ruined my holiday but has caused immense stress and pain.

I will never use them again and strongly advise everyone to avoid them. They are ************* and do not provide the support they promise.
