Lawyers cant even type up a Letter of Demand

I am truly disgusted with the lack of concern and non-service I have received.

Clearly no one is competent to do what has been agreed upon when I signed up.

I find this either a breach of our agreement or a **** to just collect money from people cos on one is capable of doing their job to the point of satisfaction as promised in our agreement.

This is not what I signed up for.
