Insurance cover

My insurance is with Integrisure and part of the insurance i have cover through Europ Assist. I logged a claim for my freezer not working on 2 August 2022. They send out a company called Pro Repair Appliances. They first pitched a day late, then they repaired the freezer, just to find out it is not working.

Pro Repair Appliances made another appointment to come and repair, after i had to phone, just to miss the appointment again. Both Europ Assist and Pro Repair Appliances are not worth it. Paying my monthly insurance is not worth the cover i am getting.

Sorry top say Integrisure and Europ Assist do not deliver, clearly they do not have any integrity.
