Great service from MacDonald at Europ Assistance
I recently spoke to MacDonald at Europ Assistance about needing towing assistance when my car broke down. My car was fetched within 15 minutes of my call to the call centre, and dropped off at the mechanic within 45 minutes. I could not believe my luck. Hopefully they continue on this trajectory.
