I’d like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Customer Care team, especially Samantha Daniels and Edwin Thabethe from HR, for helping me resolve my issue.

After two weeks of back and forth with Samantha — who never gave up, kept following up, and constantly kept me updated — I finally received my UIF documents. When Mr. Thabethe returned from leave, he managed to assist and resolve everything within just one day, something another HR personnel couldn’t do for two weeks.

I truly appreciate Samantha’s patience, kindness, and commitment throughout the process, and I’m so thankful to Edwin for stepping in and getting things done so quickly.
