Europ Assistance - Service Providers nightmare

Europassistance has to be the ASBSOLUTE WORST company we, as a business, have ever dealt with. Their payments office is an absolute JOKE. Nothing is ever their fault, and they always blame their internal issues on the customers awaiting their payments. Anton du Preez insulted my husband and I by telling us we need to communicate with each other more, when it was Europassistance, which had not supp**** us with information. I find them a totally useless, accept no responisbility, ********* and downright disgusting company to have to deal with and once we receive our final payment, which i may add we are waiting now for nearly 60 days for from them, we will refuse to do any further business with them. They complained when we didnt want to take on work because we hadnt got paid for a previous job, and said they their business was suffering because now they had no one to do the work. Well, EUROPSTUFFINGASSISTANCE, perhaps if you paid your service providers you'd have more people willing to stick around and assist. You can kisss us goodbye because we are done with a totally incompetant company like yours. NOW JUST PAY US OUR DAMNED MONEY.
