Europ Assist gives repugnant assist in sa highlighted by michelle its call centre manager and Tshidi motsoeneng

<p>we all pay insurance for a reason. part of the reason is that we get a benefit called home assist. this is more like aggrevation assist. i had the displeasure of a non - customer centric assist by Europ Assist's call centre manager Michelle who would not reveal her surname yesterday at 12pm as well as her 2ic Tshidi Motsoeneng.</p> <p> </p> <p>they acted with impunity and after sending me a confirmation sms that my call was being attended to and a technician was coming out they called back and reneged on their word. Esther after 11 minutes of holding say "lets get to the point"and refused to assist</p> <p> </p> <p>i ask why Europ Assist employs such employees that act with impunity and in an industry reliant on expedient customer service why do they allow such repugnant behaviour</p> <p> </p> <p>distgusting service Michelle and Tshidi! Europ assist i will be reverting to social media should you not rectify</p>
