EMS USELESS SERVICES!!!
The service is pathetic. I have logged a call at 00:01 to request an ambulance as my grandmother was struggling to breath. I called for the 3rd time after 30 minutes and the consultant “Tshepo” asked if I expect them to just pitch up when I need them.
My grandmother has passed on almost 2 hours ago and now the undertakers will not take the body as the ambulance hasn’t came to sign my grandmother off as death.
