Disgruntled by service

After making a booking on Wed for the drive me home service for Sat evening and having confirmation sent to me Sat morning, imagine my shock when receiving a call 15 Mins prior to my pick up that they won't be fetching me as the area I'm in is too dangerous, which in fact, it wasn't. I respect if certain areas some drivers feel is risky but however, it would've been appreciated if the call was made to me way before the time. How does one even choose this type of job if affluent areas are the only ones you'd go into? After much stress, I appreciate the service given to me by Natasha at the call centre and Team 41 that's taken us home before. Eerste River and Port lands were too dangerous for this team, they should have had the decency to let me know much earlier than 15mins before the time. And why do this job if you want to choose where to go? And midnight wasn't all that late. I totally appreciate though the service given to me by Natasha and Team 41
