Disappointed with Service and Lack of Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with Europ Assistance's handling of my case. Due to an initial mistake on their part with my tax compliance status, my status has been negatively impacted, and I am currently unable to secure employment. Despite reaching out since June to resolve this issue, there has been no resolution.

The lack of communication and support has been frustrating, with phone lines that are consistently unavailable, adding to the inconvenience. This situation has caused me significant stress and financial strain.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate further by seeking assistance from regulatory bodies and legal counsel. I urge Europ Assistance to take this matter seriously and provide a prompt resolution.
