DEPOSIT
I hired a car. I had to pay a huge deposit of R8276.00 upfront and before collection. When I returned the car it was in excellent condition and signed off. It is nearly a month later and I did not receive my money back, nor did I receive any correspondence except for an auto response on all my enquiries.
