BAD SERVICE/RESPONSE

This morning I called for Assistance with a tyre change at 06:46. The consultant I spoke to was Paul. I received the sms with the case number only at 08:26. By that time I already phone someone else to assist me as I was not sure if the Insurance were sending out someone because no one came back to me.. At 09:40 I got numerous calls and a sms saying that they trying to get hold off me.<br> <br> What is the turnaround time with road side assistance? This unacceptable<br>
