Absurd service

I never have purchased the travel insurance and I will never have. The product I bought from this company is house assistance, where you can get help when your house has problems with pipes, roof etc.

I called two times and both my requests were denied, as they say my problem happened before the insurance took effect. I then showed the proof that I did ask someone professional to solve it and it was okay then and the problem happened again after the insurance took effect and they still refused my request saying this is 'an extension of the problem happened before'.

Now I am sitting here with clog issue in my house and it could get worse. And those ******s at Europ Assistance just said they can do nothing. LOL

All your problems will become ‘an extension of the problem’ that happened before. And BAM! you are not covered by the policy you paid for. I can think of nothing but this product as a ***** as all the houses must have problem dating back to years ago, why are they even selling this product. What a joke!

How utterly absurd those assistance agents don’t even have the basic common sense to even correctly identify your problems. The inability of those agents to even handle clients professionally is beyond imagination. They try everything to speak to you in the most irritating manner. You won’t even get that angry with someone calling your name.

This insurance company covers nothing but their asses.

Avoid it unless you are looking for anger, confusion, frustration or even damages to yo mental health. If you want to get mad, call them in no time. The profession of those people on that line is not customer service agents. They are so professional in messing with people. They should be sent for psychological training in the police academy!

This company is definitely the hell of the insurance industry. The only thing they do is taking your hard earned money and do thing expect making you angry (omg those agents are so good at it!)
