Absolutely useless and full of promises

On Friday, 9 January 2015 I called Europ Assistance and filed a request for a dishwasher to be prepared (covered under my Legacy short-term cover) - ref. no 4B-BLMY-)1 was allocated. Later the next week a technician arrived, told my wife that it is normal to fill up the machine with salt every time you use it, and left. On 16 Jan we filed another request for the same problem (i.e. excessive use of salt and not cleaning the dishes) (Ref. no MU-89GG-01). Another technician came, same story namely that it is normal
