Poor service and misrepresentation of the car

I bought a car on the 23rd of March 2018 which had an engine light on, the following day the car started smoking and I had to go back to the dealership on Monday where the owner of the garage told me tht he will give me half of the cost of the problem of the car,he then gave me 10k n I towed the car to be fixed. I then contacted him telling him tht the cost of the car is 34k not even half of the 10k he gave me, he then told me to stop calling him and call his lawyer cause he will never pay me anything anymore. I'm very much disappointed with the way this dealership is treating yet I bought that car cash. I feel ****** of my money.
