Non existent business and professional ethics(faudster)

I recently received a bad treatment from Mokgadi- owner of AZM Holidays and Tours. After my wife paid R12 000 towards securing 2x 6 & 8 sleeper accomodation at Crystral Springs through her, she literally ran away with our money. Worst of all, in the week(6-8 Aug 2018) leading to leaving, she kept on promising us that she will refund after she fai**** to confirm bookings with Crystal Springs.
