I called today frustrated because on my broken fridge wchich led to my food getting spoiled and i must say the manner in which she handled my case derserves a big round of aplause. Thank you so much for your excellent customer care and making my day keep up the good work and after the service that i received today i think chosing Virgin money was the best thing ever and iam even thinking of adding more products because of the way they treat their clients regards Kereemang Maseloane.
