My wedding day was ruined by Azbiel

Azbiel has a shop in the Multiflora and I first spoke to him when I required deco and fresh flowers for my wedding in 19 December 2015. I first chatted to him in August where he also provided me a quote of the services that I would be requiring. Before settling on a price of R7 250, he showed me various weddings and functions that he had done in pictures and I was satisfied. I paid him a deposit of R 3 000 to secure him for the day.<br> A few weeks before the wedding, I settled him with the rest of the invoice and he asked for me to come and see a wedding he was doing at the same venue I would be using (14 November 2015). I was happy with the work he was doing there and I had now fully trusted him. Came the day of my wedding, 19 December 2015 and he just had stories from the morning. He kept calling me and stressing about him being late, he did not provide an explanation why he would be. When I got to the venue, he did not deliver anything of the things we spoke about and what I had fully paid for. If it was not for the venue improvising on the deco, my wedding day would have been my worst day.
