Danel Engelbrecht at Azaria is a ********!

I booked accommodation with Danel Engelbrecht at Azaria Guest House a few days before our event that we were going to participate in got cancelled because of COVID. Danel reassured me that she rebooked our accommodation therefor she did not have to refund me. So when the time came, she told me that her husband passed away and she was not going to continue with the business, so she will refund me. I waited a year for the refund....still waiting. This year when I wanted to book Swellendam accommodation Azaria again popped up on Bookings.com so I immediately contacted Danel. She again promissed to refund me and she still hasn't. Her new excuse was that her child was in hospital and she would do the refund upon his discharge.......still no refund. Please be warned, this woman is a **** and should not be trusted.
