Bad Service

<p>My aunt sold her house in 2013 and all the transactions were handled by Azar and Havenga attorneys in Bloemfontein, so the new owner apparently was not paying his electricity account for the first few months after taking ownership of my aunt's house, so now she has been handed over to the debt collectors, the lawyer that handled this account Elmarie Jacobs is of no use, we have tried to resolve this matter with her to no avail instead she takes us from pillar to post since July and now she says that she is on leave for two weeks and debt collectors keeps honding my aunt for payment. What is so difficult for her to settle this matter only she knows cause we have sent her statements and communicated with her for the last 3 months but she never gets back to us nor give us feedback. My aunt could be blacklisted for this but she doesnt care. What is one supposed to do really in this matter when one cannot even get help from an attorney that was or is paid to do this?</p>
