Unprofessional practises

Very *********** group of people. No propar communication from management to staff. Ive first hand witnessed that 2 patients have been in their care and almost died if not personally acted to say something and get things to be done like it was suppose to . Their unit hygiene is in a terrible state where you even see ****roaches walking all over the medical equipment used to treat the patients . Ive many more to say but to leave it there and for you too decide would you entrust a loved one in their hands ? I certainly wouldnt .
