Azandie Consulting - ********* Company

Please be very careful of this company called Azandie Consulting that advertises their services on Google that they will help your business get SETA/QCTO accredited.

I was at the beginning of opening my makeup school and Googled "Ho to become SETA accredited". This company appeared 1st in the Google search and they GUARENTEED that your company will be accredited. I started with my application in December 2022 - with the cost of this procedure being R14 950. You pay in 3 phases, phase 1 - R5000, phase 2 -R4700 and phase 3 - R4700. After my 1st payment which as December 2022 they send you a TON a papers (I am not exaggerating), with NO HELP as to what it means etc. I saw that one of the requirements is that you need a Health & Safety Check and clearance certificate , I contacted Azandie and asked them for references and help getting the right Health & safety consultants, they told me to go Google it myself! I found a reputable company and they informed me that they can only come and inspect once the school is done with its renovations as i was still busy with setting up my academy which cost me over R100K. In November 2023 I made contact with Azandie again to pay my 2nd phase as my school was done and ready for business. They sent me the invoice and I Paid immediately. I paid the health & safety which is not included in the costs another R3500. December I asked for my last invoice so I could make the final payment so we could proceed with my application and I could have my school accredited. In January 2024, I asked them what the final steps are and what else they needed from me. They told me that I must purchase the training manuals which was also not included in the price and was not mentioned to me before. as the costs just kept piling up. I asked what other paperwork they needed and after no replies I called them to check what other paperwork was needed besides the health and safety certificate that I was waiting for from the OHS Company and business plan. This is when it all went pear shaped as they said that I needed the training manuals and after I asked them for the code of the training manuals as I couldn't find anything for makeup I was only then informed that SETA is no longer giving any accreditations and that QCTO has taken over and that there is no accreditation for makeup and beauty yet an that they don't know when there will be one! To my shock I asked them how could they let me pay for something that doesn't exist and that I needed an Accreditation asap as i have students starting. Besides the fact that you cant hardly hear anything over the phones (their lines and English are very bad) they had an extremely bad attitude towards me saying that I am ********* by taking on students with no accreditation after they GUARENTEED the process only takes 3 months and you will get accredited, i had a business to run after almost 11 months without a proper income. They only ********* one was Azandie by letting me pay R14 900 for an accreditation that did not exist! I demanded my money back as i had to go and seek accreditation elsewhere asap and they point blank refused. They ignored my attorneys letters and my emails asking them to state what exactly I have paid for. The only email response I got back was saying that I must remember nothing is guaranteed (even after they advertised it but has since taken it down) and that I cannot BUY an accreditation (they insinuated that thought I was buying my accreditation). I got my international accreditation within 1 month after this with a reputable company. about 4 weeks ago they dare to send me an email to say QCTO finally have the makeup and beauty accreditation ready I can proceed with my application. I told them that I want nothing to do with them and even QCTO confirmed that they do not make use of external companies to d their accreditation applications and that the applications are FREE not R14 900.

So again what the hell did I pay R14 900 for with NO SERVICE and NO ACCREDITATION???

Stay away from them, I will see them in court!
