Dishonest patrol attended

I went to Azalia patrol station (Dobsonville gardens Soweto) last night around 18:20. I requested to put in patrol for R150. When i arrived at the patrol station yesterday i had one white bar and a red bar. After the patrol attended filled up, i started my car and noticed the bars did not increase instead they remained the same. i asked him what is going on, he immediately said they always encounter the same problem with cars and i should drive the car for a while and the bars will pick up. After driving for about 10 min i returned to the station to inform the same patrol attended of what had transpired. he was now to busy to attend to my query, the supervisor came and informed the same story i was told by the patrol attended. the supervisor took my number and suggested that he will call after and hour to check if the situation is still the same. i was called by the manager who was not there the first time i came and he said if i get stuck he will come and tour my car to my house, i became angry and and told him their service and treatment is bad. he said he will look at the footage in the morning. in the morning i went back and when i asked for manager , there was no manager, when i asked for supervisor, there was no supervisor. The staff had stinking attitude. i drove to my work place, the bars are still the same. this can only mean the patrol attended took my money and did not put in any patrol because he even gave me a re-printed slip. According to them because i have a slip it means they did put in patrol in my car. The garages service is bad, staff s attitude stinks and now there is no way forward at all. I am highly disappointed and very angry because no one has money to just full around. it means this is how they treat their customers and then when you ask for help there is no manager to assist.
