INHUMANE TREATMENT

I would give this ******* agency no stars if I could. M mothers complex has been without water for 10 months now and they have been waiting for compliance figures from Paul since February which were initially incorrect. He does not reply to emails and all he does is lie. His boss Hennie is just as useless because a complaint was laid and his response was to have a meeting with Paul and give feedback which never happened. I dont know what back door fly by night business they are running but I would never recommend them to anyone. They do not give a damn about people and it doesn’t bother them that people are living in hell and that the fact that they are ignoring emails and not providing documents is what is keeping these people in this situation. I will tarnish their name as well as any company linked to them and will be suing them as well. This is pathetic and inhumane
