Absolutely the worst service for any landlord who wish to rent out a property. Deceiving photo's supp**** to cover for tenants damage to property. Still waiting for info to close the rental contract. Was threatened by tenants lawyer. Anita is *********** as an estate agent. She is rude and aggressive to the landlord and service providers. Paul the branch manager is 'busy' and doesn't handle problems as they arrises. I must call back time and again to get answers from him. I never dealt with so many *********** and rude staff in one office.
